  Review for Tom Crutchfield - Allstate Insurance Rating: ★★½☆☆ (2.5/5) The experience with this agency started off on a very high note, but unfortunately, the exit process was a complete headache. The Good: When I first signed up, the team took excellent care of me. They were attentive, professional, and took the time to answer every single question I had. If you are looking for a smooth onboarding experience, they definitely provide that. The Bad: The issues began once I decided to move to a new provider. It took over two months to receive my refund, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the level of service completely shifted. When I called to follow up on my money, the staff was very disrespectful. I repeatedly asked to speak with Mr. Crutchfield directly to resolve the delay, but they refused to let me speak with him. Final Verdict: It’s disappointing that a relationship that started so well ended with such a lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend them if you value consistent customer service throughout the entire life of your policy.
