  The most helpful insurance agency that I have ever had. They suggest ways that I could save money, like the Drivewise program that mostly helps seniors as well as any others that don't drive many miles per year. My experience with the agency has been good, but with the Allstate company, I would like to see better communication if my rates have changed. Also, I was getting emails from Allstate about a problem with the Milewise device on my wife's car and that I needed to check for a loose connection or maybe it fell out of the socket. Neither was true...my wife just doesn't drive her car. She says she is going to drive, but days turn into weeks, months and she does not drive it. I hate to stop the insurance, but she must resolve the fact that she is not going to drive again which is hard for anyone to give up.

  Everywhere else I went gave me insane rates for my age and length of driving record, here I got a decently priced quote along with way better benefits. 100% the best insurance company I've had.
