Thanks to modern technology the only way I could settle my claim with Allstate was thru a chat box with the claims depatartment and I don't communicate thru chat box's. The only reason I am staying with Allstate is because Thomas Crutchfield's office did a very good job of working as the middle man. While I am very satisfied with the work they did, I did not like not being able to verbally communicate with the claims department myself. I will recommend Thomas Crutchfield's office. I am not impressed with the direction Allstate is moving by forcing us to deal with claims thru chat boxes as opposed to just letting us talk with real person, but the office of Thomas Crutchfield I did a very good job of playing the middle man in my case and my claim was handled quickly and realitivly painless
