  Karim Nevils' State Farm agency, located in Arlington, TX, has once again gone over and beyond for me. I filed a claim for damage to our SUV and was told by the claims department that there would be an adjuster coming to the shop to inspect the vehicle. I informed them that the vehicle was still at our residence and not at the shop. I was then told by claims that they were sending an adjuster to my home, which they did. The adjuster took the pictures, made the measurements and told me to go ahead and take the vehicle to the shop and have them start on repairs, which I did. After a week or more, I hadn't heard from the claims department, so I contacted Karim Nevils, my agent, and spoke to Tonya. She was informed that there was a problem. Claims told her that they had not received the estimate from the shop, which I had personally uploaded to the claim's website/portal, along with the required pictures of all corners of the vehicle. After another week went by, there were still no updates from claims, so I contacted Tonya once again. Tonya said claims was still trying to figure out what was going on with the actual claim, and by this time all repairs were completed on the vehicle. After a few more days of Tonya and myself reaching out to claims for status, we discovered that claims had made an error and confused my claim with another claim which had totaled said vehicle. Tonya passed the issue over to Karim himself and he fully engaged. In less than 3 hours after speaking with Karim about the details, he had completely resolved the issue and confirmed the shop would be paid expeditiously and I would be able to finally retrieve my repaired vehicle which had been in the shop for approx. 3 weeks and fully repaired for 2 weeks. Without Karim's agency intervening in my behalf, I believe this issue would have remained open for some time and maybe costing me more than my deposit. Karim's Agency and staff are indispensable to me and my family, and we will stay with Karim Nevils' State Farm agency, period. Aaron J

  I reached out for a quote with state farm and called thos office. Jordan answered and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best insurance coverage for my needs. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Customer Service is a big deal to me and Jordan and this office as a whole has exceeded my expectations! I am glad to have found them when I was searching for a new insurance company. Highly recommend!
