I had just happened to look at the app and it said cancellation so I called and I spoke to multiple representatives. I called ADOT and verified my drivers license was valid they were saying that my drivers license got kicked back from the. Once I called the Arizona Department of motor vehicles and verified in fact my license was valid. I sent it over to the email. Everything was good on my end. They sure did take the money out of my account so now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my refund. I would not recommend this company. I can only Imagine the nightmare someone would go through If they got in an accident and their lack of due diligence. Very disappointed with this company very glad I’m no longer with them . I would not recommend this company to anyone
