To be honest, I was a bit skeptical, due to the fact that insurance agencies tend to be really expensive. Even though the policy was a bit more than what I currently pay, the benefits were definitely worth it. Mr. Smith‘s team took the time to explain everything in great detail, and also provided service with a smile, which honestly you don’t get in today’s times. I normally don’t do reviews, but I was so satisfied I had to come and give them an A+.

Didn't realize they moved from Watauga to Arlington, probably have to find an agent closer to my home in N Ft Worth. Not very happy there're not informed they had moved.
- NHnicholas headJan 4, 20231.0Unfortunately the service here is rather non-existent. The number you call just leads to an automated system with no response. No name identifying who you are calling or if a person will answer. It's been bad for a while so don't let anyone tell you it's just a temporary hiccup. It's been bad since they bought out the last office. So without service, there is no reason for an agent. It's quite the conundrum.
