It's so awesome to see Kay, finally. I met with Tamara to discuss my policies and never have I felt like family, being with people I respect and trust deeply. She's simply on it! I'm blessed to have y'all as my agent group.

- R1road service 1Oct 23, 20251.0I was with GEICO insurance and she kept calling me to get insurance with them for $300 cheaper so I told her I wanted an insurance for two vehicles for full coverage for 6 months and they charged my credit card for almost $3000 and I still kept receiving emails from them that I had to pay $157 I also received a letter that I had to pay $463.90 for safety the insurance doesn't end till December so that makes no sense and after all they charged me 482.51 with out my permission because I don't even have automatic payments and they called me to pay another $157 and I said if this was over and they said yes and I received another letter that I had to pay another $463.90 and they threatened me that they were going to cancel my policy I don't feel safe my child driving like that I will never hire this agency again and the insurance company
