  We came in after a car wreck to get help with a claim and Karena was excellent. She sat down with us and helped us call the other insurance, she was very patient and sympathetic with my upset granddaughter. We always get great customer service from the employees at Jeff Bara and have even had great response from Jeff himself.

  Ask for Peyton, He was easy to talk to, straight-up, and actually knew what he was doing. No pressure, no weird up sales —just handled business and made it simple. He actually lowered my insurance rate tremendously with more coverage. Handled it like a pro. Recommend 10/10.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Cynthia, I was so distraught regarding the incident I encountered with a person hitting my vehicle and running. She was reassuring and so compassionate. What a blessing. She made this experience so pleasant and she put me at ease that everything was going to be okay. Thank you for all you do. God bless you.

  Let me tell you, I was not thrilled about having to shop around for new insurance. The task sounded draining. Today, I called for a quote and today I started my new policies. Tasha made it incredibly easy to have everything done while over the phone. She was thorough explaining everything completely and very helpful when comparing my current policies to theirs. The switch was painless and State Farm’s prices are great! So glad I took the little time and reached out definitely worth it.

  I was in the market for homeowners insurance when I came across Jeff Bara’s team. Clara Nunez is the one who helped me out and she made the process so easy and simple I did it all from a phone call on my couch. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and she was able to bundle my home, truck, and motorcycle insurance and I’m still somehow paying less than I was at GEICO. If you need insurance call Jeff Bara and if you want the absolute best customer service ask for Clara. 👍
