  **Edited** after several months of my premiums fluctuating & NEVER being the price I was given, I have come back to edit this review. I have also dropped Direct Auto like a bad habit! The monthly premium was much higher than what I was told it would be. I have tried to contact Direct Auto with no answer. I couldn’t even get in contact with them to cancel my policy. Randi was beyond fantastic. I had a lot of questions & requests that she was able to assist me with. She set up two policies for me & helped me get a full understanding of my coverage.
