  Good Evening , my wife had been dealing with Melissa & Sofia prior to our family vacation, we didn’t come to a decision until this week we arrived from our vacation , when she called to speak with Melissa she got a lady by the name of Rosa , that seem like she couldn’t hear her multiple times and you could hear her whispering to someone else that she was calling to speak “Melissa” and than hang up on her with out any answer, called back to see what was going on for a different agent , that informed her that Melissa was no longer with the company, very sweat , professional person , but she was all ready frustrated but the person previously, so my wife and I decided to no longer to go through with this company and stop referring people to direct auto so that employee’s unprofessional behavior, we wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else .
