  These people are either really without enough help that they lack in training orrr they are crooks. Had insurance with them for about 4 months and was quoted at $375, they tried to take the money out on a day that wasn't my day to pay. That made me have a late fee and in November we planned to travel to see family. So, I didn't know about this fee and when they tried to take out more than my policy, they where declined and proceeded to give me another late fee I wasn't aware of. I went in the app and paid my insurance and called to make sure I was safe to leave town and the lady was just as confused as me and told me i was good to go. Lol she obviously doesn't know her job because after Thanksgiving I received an email charging me $70. I called and called and NOBODY knew what was going on. Then they took all my saving perks off and told me I would now be paying $600 a month for insurance. I am now going through another company, please don't allow these people to treat you like they treated me. There are other insurance companies out there that care about their customers. I called them to tell them that I would no longer be a paying customer and the lady at the coulter walmart said RUDELY, what exactly are you calling for then? And hung up on me. Customer service is a 1 on a scale from 1-10 and she needs to find a different career.
