  I have my car is with Allstate and they are awesome best choice I ever made. Thank you Allstate the employees at Mr Boone's office are excellent they help you they take the time to help you and they care Miss Natalie and the whole crew.

  Aaron Gomez was awesome!! Very helpful in getting me set up with renter’s and auto insurance! Moving to Texas from out of state soon and he made it so easy for me to get everything transferred! He even recommended good places for shopping and dining. I am a service manager and have been in customer service all my life. Aaron is the definition of customer service and satisfaction.   I signed up with them in January. Found out in July that my home insurance was cancelled for non-payment because they hadn't sent a bill to my mortgage company for an escrow payment. No communication about that. When I called to ask, they said all communication was through the Allstate app. They never told me that the ONLY way they would reach me was through the app. So I was not insured for 4 months. HORRIBLE communication. Have to call multiple times to get anyone to answer questions. Will never come back or recommend.

  Their agent has been ghosting me this week by saying how she's gonna look into my policy and call back. She never did review my policy and treated me in a condescending manner. I think this agent is very incompetent.
