For the past few months I keep getting some guy that tells me he's"new" or at least that's the excuse he gives me for not being able to answer my simple questions. I've tried for the past 2 weeks via phone calls, emails and text but NO ONE has returned my attempts to get in contact with me. Very unacceptable. I will never use this agent again and wouldn't recommend them.
