  I just added another vehicle to my policy. Gavin Sullivan was extremely helpful with my update 😇 plus he was able to save me money on my homeowners policy as well. I would highly recommend this place. And my recommendations don’t come easy!!!! Blessed and Satisfied

  I’ve had Allstate for my Insurance for nearly 30 years. We moved to Dallas in November 2021 and I was referred to this agency from my previous agent. With the way Insurance has been going up nationwide, I understand the increase in premiums seems unfair. A year ago I was frustrated and shopped it around. I have to say the quotes I got were competitive, but considering how well they’ve handled all my claims in the past, it didn’t make sense to save a few hundred dollars a year. Today I had a chance to speak with Kamryn regarding a new car we’re purchasing and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the conversation and outcome of the call. She was very helpful and is a true asset to this agency. Well done guys!

  I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie who set up my original auto policy and she did an outstanding job getting me the best coverage available to me. She was very knowledgeable and willing to check for all discounts available to me. I also spoke to Gavin regarding renters insurance and he did an outstanding job getting me a great policy with outstanding coverage. He was very helpful with check different coverages and getting me the best coverage for the price. I want to give both employees a 5 STAR review.   Avoid this agency at all cost!! They are severly overpriced. Our homeowners policy went up from $1200 in 2016- over $8,000 in 2024. I would give it zero stars if I could. After being a customer for more than 8 years, my wife and I had car, home owners, and umbrella policies with them, it came to our attention that Aaron Augustine: Allstate Insurance had been charging more premium on our car insurance as they said I drove 32,500 miles per year when in fact we drove far less. They blame the Allstate 800 agent for this milaege discrepancy though they were happy to take the premium for well over a year at the inflated price. This dispute was created immediately after I sold my house in June 2024 and terminated all policies. Turns out I found the same car insurance for $250 instead of the more than $650 they were attempting to charge. After the dispute, they were to look into the matter and get back to me. They never did. Instead, they reported the amount in dispute to the credit bureaus and refuse to correct the mistake. This has damaged my wifes credit severely caused extreme stress. After being a loyal customer for many years, this treatment shows exactly what they think about customers. There old office manager Julie was amazing, the new staff are not helpful and resulted in this issue occuring. I would highly recomment you avoid this agency!

UPDATE TO BUSINESS OWNER AARON AUGUSTINES RESPONSE... Aaron I requested on multiple occasions to have your staff get me in contact with you directly. They refused and never did you attempt to respond or contact me directly so we could handle this amicably. My extended family has been with your agency for more than 15-20 years and supported your business. A simple phone call from you would have solved this issue. Instead you respond now that I have written a review. While I appreciate your response to this review, it's far to late and damages have already been done. I do not argue with the balance from April to June. What I do contest is that in June of 2024 it came to light that your agency/Allstate were charging a premium rated for 32,500 miles on our Honda Pilot for a year which was far more miles than we ever drove on any vehicle in the 8+ years of coverage. These overcharges were due to a new vehicle being added to our policy in June 2023. Your agency maintained that Allstate changed its policies and could only look back 6 months. I brought it to your agents attention multiple times that we drove far less miles on the new vehicle we drove 20k. Your employees kept saying they would look into it and later blamed it on Allstates 800 agent who made the mistake and put 32500 miles when we called to add the car after hours from a dealership in Atlanta and there was nothing you could do about it. The facts are we were overcharged for premiums for a year which is against insurance regulations. It was brought to your attention as soon as we became aware of it. From June to December we gave you time to get with Allstate corporate to resolve these discrepancy. Nothing was ever done other than continue to tell us it was correct. There was an active dispute of these overcharges. Then in December without proper written notice you placed the charge in collections, and damaged my credit among other damages. Upon notice of damages, and againts our convictions regarding this insurance overcharge of premiuns we attempted on more than 2 occasions to pay the outstanding balance to mitigate these damages but requested the collection be removed. (This is what you suggested in your review response below we can do) Your agency representatives refused each time stating we can accept payment but the collection cannot and will not be removed. This is just unacceptable and not how you treat long term customers. If you stand by your response, please reach out directly so we reslove this issue and mitigate any further damages.
