  How this place has a 4.9 review is beyond me. We had a Range Rover that we had insured by direct. We got into a slow speed fender bender. These clowns sent out an adjuster to over evaluate the damages on our vehicle. Long story short they totaled the vehicle out and demanded the vehicle be picked up asap and brought to a salvage yard. They paid off the loan and left us with no vehicle and no means of helping us get another. They may be the cheapest in price but, they are the absolute worst in service. Don’t get ripped off. These people are thieves.

  Karen was extremely helpful, and I am happy with my quote and my policy cost. I'm happy to have a policy to keep me legal and covered. Karen made the entire process easy and honestly comfortable. I hate the idea of talking to agents in person or on the phone , but Karen was polite , nice, very helpful. I don't do reviews often but I feel she deserves all the recognition she can get because she is worth it.
