  Went over to the Union City office to ask about a rental car cause some man backed up over my car friday evening & the heavy set woman that has long staight blonde hair was very rude & smart. I would like for corporate to talk to her or whos over the Union City location or the manager over her. Talked to April 6-3-25 on the phone she was very rude & went over to the Union City office about 2 weeks ago talking to the other woman that worked there & Macey was trying to look all cute & being rude rolling her eyes & laughing. Thats not professional & not how to treat a customer. She needs to be dealt with by corporate & fired & last time i put a review about the Union City office about someone being rude & the next time i went over there the manager told the woman that i complained on that i was the one that complained on her & that i put the review on her & posted it. Your allowed to complain on rude employees & i wouldnt be surprised if them 2 employees start drama & start harrassing me with phone calls or texts or emails & a couple of months ago talked to someone on the phone to renew my car insurance & they was very rude saying do u want to renew it what & trying to argue with me & trying to start drama. There was no need for that. She needs to have respect & get respect. Do unto others as u would have them do unto u. Corporate needs to talk to her & they need to fire her
