  I’m changing this for the benefit of the broker only!!!!!!! Allstate so far sucks hind……… So far I’ve had them less than 8 months. I’ve had trip reimbursement denied when I did have it, then got sent less than 5% of submitted amount, the local agent had to fix both. Not a fan of this company. If I don’t get paid for the travel claim I’m dropping them. The local agent has been good.

  Just went into the Sweet water office and had a wonderful experience. The agent was very helpful and saved me a ton of money on my car insurance.

  Sandy is always so helpful and patient. She always answers our questions and is patient with helping us! Awesome customer service, truthful, and willing to go over and beyond! I appreciate feeling like we aren't just a number, but family and cared for!
