    I have tried to call my local agent two days in a row and all I keep getting representatives from everywhere but the springfield office. When I first got the policy, I spoke to a agent and have not spoken to one since. The team thats answering the calls dont seem to have a clue. Completely irritated at this point.

    Try to get a quote online did not speak with anyone but the rate was so high it was ridiculous. That's all I have to say.
