  It's been a battle trying to figure out my due date and changing it. Simply because I keep getting told different things. (Over the phone. Never know who you get) this location however the ladies that work there are GREAT. They are the only reason I gave 4 stars and the only reason I'm still with direct. Id really like to be able to pay my bill early without being charged twice in the same month. Also I'd like to see veteran discounts instead of just active members. Or maybe a drop in my premium every year with zero infractions

  My rep was Kimberley Washington and she was very polite and professional. I loved how she broke down the meanings of collision and comprehension coverage. She exemplified real customer service…. Something I have not experienced in a long time
