  I gotta admit, it’s an amazing place where folks truly care, ask questions and listen when you’re going through a hard time. I had gone in there after accepting a new job and only had a little bit of cash, Bridget had been so kind, patient and understood, helped clear things in simplicity and made it extremely seamless and sweet. Truly a blessing of a place to go to when you’re in need.

  The insurance agency Bridget was absolutely the best. She made sure to explain everything and how to make the payments easier on my husband and I. She is the sweetest. If you need insurance, i'd definitly say call the Direct Auto in Shelbyville and ask for her.

  Bridgette in the Shelbyville location was exceptionally knowledgeable and super nice. She took her time helping my boyfriend with his policy and obtaining an sr22 for him. She went over and beyond.
