  The Tanya Vu: Allstate Insurance office was absolutely amazing today. Nick walked us through a series of policy changes that ended up saving us over $5,000 annually, which is no small thing. A big part of that came from pulling our adult children off our policy, but the real value was how clearly and patiently everything was explained. During the same call, he also set up new policies for our kids, tailoring plans that fit their needs and budgets perfectly. We also purchased new motorcycles and added them to our family fleet, and there were a lot of details to work through. That’s where Nick really shines. He has a way of making complex decisions feel simple and manageable. He doesn’t rush, he shares best practices, and you walk away feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. Along the way, we learned things we never would’ve known on our own, like how rider age and engine size factor into motorcycle insurance. Nick did a great job explaining the “why” behind it so we could make smart decisions without feeling blindsided. We’ve moved to Nashville but continue to keep our home, auto, and motorcycle insurance with this office because the entire team consistently makes our lives easier. That kind of service is hard to find. Having a knowledgeable, proactive team working on your behalf makes a real difference, and this office delivers every time. Any time we’re considering purchasing a vehicle, we just shoot them a text with the VIN and they send back exactly what we need to know. That alone is a huge win and helps us make informed decisions before pulling the trigger on a deal. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend Tanya and her team for any insurance needs. The customer service is excellent and she has always made recommendations that are truly in my best interest. She has always had an answer and a solution for all my questions. Also, her and her team are very proactive about reaching out to discuss my current policies and making sure there haven’t been any changes that we should adjust for.

  I am happy to share that my experience regarding shopping for insurance at renewal time was top notch at Allstate c/o New Day Insurance Services in Ooltewah,TN! Tanya Vu is the owner. Having shopped other carriers, I found Allstate to be very customer friendly. Nick Parton went the extra mile by giving me scenarios that helped me to make the right selection for coverage. He wanted to make certain that I wasn't over insured. Now that is what I call looking after the customers best interests.   I got great deal on home and car insurance coverage through Aaron and just recently renewed my coverage . The initial quote was the cheaper than other options, but even better than that, I received incredible service.
