  Not happy with this company.Went in to cancel my car insurance because my sister and I had purchased a car somewhere and we had to have Gap insurance which this place doesn't have.We always paid our insurance on the 1 of the month or before and it's not due till the 16 of the month.Our payment was 75.02 every month.We were told that we would have to pay a 50 cancellation fee.Then he said we would get 25 back then said after it was prorated we would only get 3 dollars back.Thats not right.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

  Ok so unfortunately at 630am on a cold morning, my truck serpentine belt went flying taking my water pump out to. Was able to reach a safe place to call Direct Auto roadside assistance. Now I don't mind saying I was thinking they would tell me I wasn't covered and I'm on my own. Did not happen. Roadside assistance was fantastic. The phone was answered immediately, when I couldn't give an exact address they used a national locator and found me. Tow truck came, delivered car to mechanic and also texted me through the process. So yes, pick Direct Auto, Oakridge tn
