WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY, CALLED FOR A TOW AGAIN. WAITED ANOTHER 2 HOURS. ANOTHER NO SHOW. FINALLY CALLED AAA. THEY CAME IN 30 MINUTES MINUTES. I'M CHANGING INSURANCE COMPANIES ASAP!!

- KKKristinaFeb 11, 20261.0Not happy with this company.Went in to cancel my car insurance because my sister and I had purchased a car somewhere and we had to have Gap insurance which this place doesn't have.We always paid our insurance on the 1 of the month or before and it's not due till the 16 of the month.Our payment was 75.02 every month.We were told that we would have to pay a 50 cancellation fee.Then he said we would get 25 back then said after it was prorated we would only get 3 dollars back.Thats not right.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
