Friendly and with the patience of a saint while I had to go find my card in the car, then try another card, then have my husband send money, all while Jarral is waiting on the phone to switch my auto policy over. All of this after he had the type of reliability and follow up you all WISH you could have from everyone in your lives. Called back on the days he said he would, at the times he said he would, which was a few times, because I was busy or not ready to switch my policy yet, but I definitely wanted to. He got it DONE and was also very nice.
