  You can trust this team. I have known this team for many years. They're a good balance of personal and professional. I guarantee you will be treated as a person, not a policy number. - The owner is customer-focused and leads his team with such integrity. You can tell a lot about a person by the way they run their office and interact with their team. This agent puts in the effort to ensure he's doing the right thing for his company, his team, and his customers. And he's consistent! I'm sure that has something to do with why he is known in the industry as one of the best. - The team reflects Rod's values. They are efficient and caring insurance experts committed to doing things right and treating you fairly. The customer service is some of the best I've experienced and they respond quickly. You're going to find expert advice you can trust at this agency. - Call the office and ask for MICHELLE TRACY. She is one of my absolute favorites in the Collierville office! This woman is highly intelligent, incredibly knowledgeable, and seriously genuinely cares for her customers. She will tell you the truth, prevent common mistakes made in choosing policies and coverage and in filing claims. She also has a habit of periodically reviewing policies so if she can save you money, you can expect it will happen and you won't even have to ask. Bonus: Michelle is a blast to speak with. One of those hilariously honest and transparent go getters. You will actually look forward to speaking with her. She also seems to know everyone. So, if you need a recommendation for anything to do with your home, business, or car, ask.
