From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, loving, caring, and so patient with me. This was my first time ever getting renters insurance, and I was completely lost on what to do. Instead of rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable, Estoria walked me through every single step with grace and kindness. Even though Direct doesn’t allow additional people on their policy, she went above and beyond by calling around to help me find exactly what I needed for the lowest price possible. That meant more to me than she probably knows. In that moment, she felt like a second mother — guiding me, looking out for me, and making sure I was taken care of.   Are you looking for zero customer service with terrible policies? Look no further. Direct is the place to go. This is no reflection on staff at this office. This was the first search result, and I assume corporate monitors to some extent. I will change my star rating the moment an email address is listed on the company website and app. My complaints will be filed with the BBB.
