  This is 2 The Boss Lady at the office on 4/1/26 !! You hav Absolutely hav THE BEST CREW WORKING FOR YOU AT EAST MORRISTOWN OFFICE !! They are Polite , Courteous & Enjoyable 2 talk 2 !! They Know their jobs and are OUTSTANDING AT IT !! Mrs Monica was the only 1 workin when I started my policy !! Miss Marsha & Matt came later , you can look back & see how long I've stuck with yal & it's bcuz of those 3 workers you.!! I'm about 2 add my second car wit yal bcuz of these 3 workers ! They feel like family in this Automatid world we live in !! I will never leave as long as these 3 work there !! Great Job hiring these 3 & please send sum mints , I Love them !!   I told the rep exactly what i needed/wanted and he tried to upcharge me twice. $174 for liability only with no extras, just minimum state requirements. Then he discounted it to $141 per month. I asked him to stop playing games with me as I am in sales also. He finally got me down to $78 a month. Now your website won't let me sign my e documents and I have called 3 times and waited over 15 minutes each time for a representative with no answer. This whole experience has been very inconvenient. I would like someone to call me so I can at least sign my documents or I want a refund and will get my insurance elsewhere. Please and thank you! Heath Spain
