  Best change I could have ever made! It is so refreshing to know I can talk to a person vs a 1-800 person that knows nothing about me or my situation. They have been most helpful in every way.

  I have never had any issues with Allstate. They will work with you, get back to you and keep things moving at an almost brisk pace. The only hold up in this latest experience was the part was on a 3 week back order, which they were quick to let me know a rental was included in my insurance package should I need it. Thanks for being there!

  All state is a good insurance agency..but I didn't like y'all cancelling be because of a crack window and a warp roof... could have given me 30 days to fix it instead of 2 days.other than that I'm still with them...good services..
