  Every single time I have called Realis for a policy he is going to answer the phone or give me an immediate call back. He will either handle it himself or hit team will be on it immediately. I called him today because I previously tried to get a quote from a different agency and I still haven’t heard anything back a week later. I sent Realis a text message and his office called me 5 minutes later and I got my quote the same day. I normally don’t even leave reviews but every time I have ever out of the blue (and because somebody else dropped the ball) called Realis for a quote it has gotten taken care of the same day. Highly recommend.

  Mr. Sanders and his team initially earned my business, but most importantly they have worked to retain it. I have always appreciated how responsive and on top of things the team has been over the years.

  UPDATED THIS REVIEW. THE AGENT HIMSELF CONTACTED ME AND FROM THAT POINT FORWARD HAS BEEN DIRECTLY INVOLVED. HE DOES MATTER AND IAM GRATEFUL FOR THAT, it is disappointing that complaints had to be filed to accomplish this. However he has worked hard on this and he is 70% away from correcting this! have tried to get help from our agent. Allstate charged me Approx 1500 additional premiums for my daughter who lives for the last 8-9 years in Bogota Columbia as a missionary along with her husband and 3 kids they charged me for her not being a insured driver at my address based on random search of her Tn license. No notice no letter no approval from my agent She along with my son in law uses our address as USA mailing address She has lived in Bogota for 8 plus years and we have been told by our agent first over charge was not refundable nothing we can do and after they promised to help correct the issue. Then another charge based on same information happened again. They said we can do nothing on this first charge and have done nothing to refund the second charge. They are extremely polite and kind but it’s now obvious they are not willing to stand up to the company that pays their commissions. I have filed complaint with attorney general of TN and BBB
