  This agency never answers the phone, returns calls or responds to emails. I have been dealing with this for several years and have finally had enough. The communication is horrible, the service is horrible, and the "phone staff" (if you're lucky enough to get an answer) is usually not knowledgeable and has to call you back for every question. The kicker is that they never call back. They take your money on time, send out the auto emails for additional quotes on other products, and send out emails asking to give them a good rating if you receive a survey. The audacity of them. I will be seeking a new agent TODAY!

  Horrible service and unprofessional. I received a quote from him in seconds on Jan 2024. I emailed him inquiries regarding my quote, and he did not email me back with answers to my questions. He called me to go over the quote, but I requested that he formally emails me with all my inquires and he never did. After 3 follow up emailed on my behalf he never responded to my questions. I will be complaining about his office & service to ALL State corporate. I will be attaching all email threads.

  This is probably the hardest thing for me to write because as an customer I don’t like to give negative reviews. I am currently in the market looking for another insurance company because of Joseph. All along my experience with him have been tough, from getting documentation to requesting for clarification on policy nothing has been easy. My bank have to contact me to let me know that they have not been able to get the proper documentations from my insurance company. I also had trouble getting contact with Joseph. I am requesting Allstate to help me to switch to another agent if all possible at this point.

  Joseph Alexander has been a wonderful representative for us in our new home and always has been a helpful, available resource and guide. As a single mother with a six year old daughter, I have found his expertise to be invaluable and feel truly that I'm being taken care of in case anything were to go sideways. You can't put a price tag on these sorts of things.
