Jesse Nguyen was very helpful and took the time to explain everything on my policy. He made sure I understood the coverage before ending our call. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and actually cares about the customer. 10/10 service.

I can’t say enough great things about Jesse at State Farm! From start to finish, he made the entire insurance process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. Jesse took the time to explain all of my coverage options in detail and helped me choose the best policy for my needs without ever making me feel pressured.
What really stood out was his responsiveness and professionalism. Any time I had a question, he was quick to respond and always made sure I felt confident in my decisions. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly insurance agent, I highly recommend Jesse. Five stars all the way!

They made a mistake when adding a vehicle to my policy. Once I caught the mistake, I never even received an apology. Their mistake has cost me hundreds of dollars and will continue to cost me hundreds of dollars every month. They have put me in jeopardy with my loan company and put me in jeopardy with my tag registration. Not only did the agent not add the appropriate coverage for the vehicle I was adding to my policy, she completely deleted the coverage on my current vehicle to below state minimum. It took me all day calling back and forth and I still have not received the documentation that I needed. I was offered absolutely zero for their mistakes. I will absolutely be changing agents and companies due to the experience. When you very clearly make a mistake, you admit to it first and apologize and try to make things right. You don't tell the customer that you're not the one who made changes to the policy when clearly you are the only one that has made changes to the policy and it's dated the date that I spoke to you.
