  My mother is on a fixed income. Her auto insurance increased by a bit and she panicked. I reached out to Realis' office and they took the time to walk my mom thru subtle changes she could make to affect the cost of her policy. You don't see that level of care with many businesses these days. I'm appreciative of Realis and his spectacular staff. This situation confirms that I made the right decision to entrust my insurance needs with his organization.

  My made the switch to Allstate over 2 years ago from another nationally known insurance provider. We were very reluctant at first listening to friends and family about ALLSTATE. We were able to save on our Home and Auto Insurance. We have experienced great customer interactions. Whenever we called and the phone place us in queue we would a call back with a courteous professional representative. We have personally made appointments to visit the office to get concerns addressed. The office staff have has been excellent to communicate with and display genuine care and great listeners. Not certain all of the local agencies perform like that. We are grateful to have chosen this particular agency after vetting several before choosing one. We give them a 5-star for service, professionalism and a welcoming office environment when visited.

  UPDATED THIS REVIEW. THE AGENT HIMSELF CONTACTED ME AND FROM THAT POINT FORWARD HAS BEEN DIRECTLY INVOLVED. HE DOES MATTER AND IAM GRATEFUL FOR THAT, it is disappointing that complaints had to be filed to accomplish this. However he has worked hard on this and he is 70% away from correcting this! have tried to get help from our agent. Allstate charged me Approx 1500 additional premiums for my daughter who lives for the last 8-9 years in Bogota Columbia as a missionary along with her husband and 3 kids they charged me for her not being a insured driver at my address based on random search of her Tn license. No notice no letter no approval from my agent She along with my son in law uses our address as USA mailing address She has lived in Bogota for 8 plus years and we have been told by our agent first over charge was not refundable nothing we can do and after they promised to help correct the issue. Then another charge based on same information happened again. They said we can do nothing on this first charge and have done nothing to refund the second charge. They are extremely polite and kind but it’s now obvious they are not willing to stand up to the company that pays their commissions. I have filed complaint with attorney general of TN and BBB
