I spoke with a man named Mason and something within the tone and his politeness kept me on the phone and I'm so thankful that I did. It does take some time to go through your insurance policies for quotes, which is what has hindered us in the past few years, but it is worth the time and he explained everything in detail, and was happy to break down anything I didn't understand. My last company was consistently making mistakes and always left me feeling like they truly would not be a "good neighbor". I was very excited to tell that particular insurance company "Goodbye". Allstate, at least on this front end, has so many good rewards that come with the policies. Along with knowing I can call on them at any time. I finally feel heard and protected. Thank you so much for buckling down and making that call. Keep the cute name on your caller ID, but definitely add that you're an agency.
