- NFNiah FreedApr 21, 20211.0I wouldn't suggest working with this insurance agency or with Allstate. Based on my experience the issue seems to be that they just aren't good at their jobs. They're unprofessional, technologically inept, & unconcerned with the satisfaction of their customers. You'll have to follow up constantly to make sure the most basic tasks have been completed, will occasionally be hung up on by Nedia Netters when she becomes frustrated, & will have to deal with their continual mistakes & excuses. Canceling my policy with them was the best thing I've done this year. I can't imagine how much of a nightmare it would have been if I actually had to file a claim with them. It's also impossible to speak with anyone at Allstate outside of this office which is a problem since almost everyone in the office is distinctly unpleasant.
