- LPLinda PorterDec 29, 20255.0The Odom agency has been very professional and informative. All of my questions were answered. They were always asking if I needed any other assistance. They were gracious and not pushy during my initial interaction with them.
- IBineta binionDec 10, 20251.0The software they use will devalue your claim so you get less for your repairs. The repairs should have been done in three to four week, took about about six months. The adjustors are not completely honest they will lie concerning your claim. I sent in estimate that was denied. The communication between me and the adjustors I worked with was terrible. They would not honor my request to replace the adjustors I had. This was a nightmare. If you ever have to file a claim with allstate I hope you have a better experience.
