  Ms.Marie is so professional and helpful when dealing with getting my insurance setup even though we had some hiccups (my phone died) we spoke this morning and it was taken care of quickly, professionally, and everything was straight forward and easy to understand!

  The day I went to Direct Auto Insurance was the best Happy Day and I truly wished that I had come to Direct Auto Insurance alot sooner because Marie was not only very friendly she was smiling and she went over everything and the prices were so much better than what I was paying before and the fact that they they had everything that I was looking for and the fact that Marie was not only good at her job but the fact that she was not only great to talk to she was definitely a very positive a great person and she made me happy about dealing with my car insurance and I always look forward to paying my car insurance and it makes me happy to go pay it and everyone else that works there have been great to talk to and do business with and Direct Auto Insurance is my happy place and it's also been a Blessing and I am truly thankful grateful and blessed and nothing is the way that everything used to be and people have always been able to make a difference in our lives and thank God that they still do and Direct Auto Insurance has great rates and go by and check them out!!
