  My insurance agent Ms. Trisha Rainey was amazing. She found me discounts and the best policy she could. The service was great and I would recommend Direct Auto to anybody any day of the week.

  I purchased Liability insurance on 2 vehicle until I shopped around for better full coverage. I paid $172.16 to get started 1/9/26 for 2 vehicle...next payment due 2/6/26 paid $227.84...for Liability ins.... I canceled my policy on 2/25/26 Direct want refund me the remaining balance of my policy instead they sent me, A notice in the mail stated I owe Direct $60.88 for Personally Auto policy $20.80 Roadside assistance $10.90 that I haven't used Telemedcine $29.18.. What is telemedicine?? I called to speak with a representative we got disconnected. When I call back, No one would answer the phone. Direct insurance is a fraud has always been a fraud and still is a fraud for over 3 decades ago!
