  I’d like to say that I’ve been with Allstate for almost 20 years now and have had a great experience every time I needed help. Rachel Smith is my contact at the Austin agency and she helped me out tremendously. She had called to notify me that I could pick up a better rate and plan, unfortunately I didn’t answer or reply until a month later. When I did reach back she helped to lower my rate by half as well as found extra coverage for me and my family. I couldn’t be happier now. Big thanks to Rachel Smith!

  We stopped by the office and Rachel Smith expert on information that we required. She completed everything that we needed very well. Will be in touch with her for any other reasons that we may need insurance questions. You don’t want your photo on her which services did you get? I got compensation in our claims. Policy information is all we required today .

  I recently had my home reroofed and, since my homeowners and auto insurance is due the middle of December, I decided to stop by Daniel Austin Allstate office to pay in person. I had the roofing job receipt which I knew would lower the cost of my homeowners rates, but Rachel Smith found an auto insurance that would lower the auto rate, too. Rachel was very congenial, efficient and processed the whole package in just minutes. She certainly took the stress out of paying insurance. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas gift!
