She answered my call with me in tears and by the time I hung up those tears were replaced with a smile. Sometimes all it takes is someone willing to call someone else and find out if there's anything the company can do to rectify a mistake. Especially when I did nothing wrong! I was ready to immediately go to another insurance company but Andrea showed me Direct Auto was worth staying with! Forever grateful!
