    Sent an email to Tim about a problem we were having and I received an immediate phone call back from him. Quick response like this is practically unheard of with alot of businesses. He got my information and filed my claim and explained the process in detail to me. I have an adjustor coming Saturday to continue the process. What a relief to have someone you can depend on
