After my 2nd call and wasting another 1/2 of my time, I received a quote with less coverage and $400 more than the letter said. Also, much higher than my current coverage. Once they realize I was not interested in buying, the Women on the phone, Santana became rude and irritated with me . Stay away from these manipulators. YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS!
- JBJake BramerDec 5, 20241.0This office sends out bait letters to get you to call. Letter has a really good "quote" but when you call it's way more expensive. My letter said $481 a year, actual before combined auto is over $1500. Dishonest advertising.
