  I had Auto and Home insurance policy with Allstate. Robert Elmore and Toni Welch did an outstanding job for me over the last 3 to 4 years. Excellent Representatives. Highly recommend them if you live in Knoxville TN or surrounding areas.

  Robert Elmore: Allstate Insurance Agency is simply the best that I can ask for. The prices for my needs for life insurance as well as auto insurance were hands down so affordable. Robert and Tony are always available to answer any questions I have. I never get an answering service which is so important to know that you have a live agent in your time of need to assist you. I know I made the right decision coming to Allstate because this feels like home, because they always have my best interest at heart for my needs.   Working on a home and auto quote with AnnaMaree, and I’ll say she’s been great! Very personable, pays attention to what I’m looking for and even gives suggestions for the thing I hadn’t thought of yet. Definitely will be weighing my opting with a few quotes, but leaning towards AllState in large part due to the great attention I’ve received.

  I have been working on a quote for auto insurance with annamaree in this office and have to say it was the best of communication, adjustments, and response time I have ever dealt with and I have been dealing with several. I normally would have just moved on first quote but she kept me in the game with absolutely no false info nor negative remarks towards another company while providing thorough answers to my questions. I would recommend all state and rates all together to those shopping around. Annamaree gets an A++ and represents this office well and deems to be a valuable asset to All-State. THANKS!
