Yesterday, there were technical issues with their system that prevented access to my payment information for a new policy with an added vehicle. I called back this morning to follow up, and Liz handled everything flawlessly. She was able to access the system without any issues today and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Liz was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took care of everything I needed quickly and with a great attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who combines competence with such genuine customer care. Liz truly turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. I highly recommend her and appreciate the excellent service she provided!
