    Very disappointed in this agency. I called today and talked to Judy. She was very rude and acted like they were too busy to help me. I have been a client of this agency for 7 years. Told me she would take my name and if anyone had time they would call. Not professional at all. Might start looking for a new agent.

    Two different agents hung up the phone on me during a potential unauthorized payment dispute. I’ve now been waiting for 2 days for them to email me a copy of the proper authorization documentation, still nothing. Every time I call the office I get transferred around from agent to agent, I’ve attempted to resolve this issue in a professional manner, however; their response is making the situation much more difficult.
