  We have worked with Matt Cunningham State Farm for almost 20 years now and they have been great. Specifically Kim Houston. We have 4 children so we’ve had multiple vehicles, home umbrella policy etc…and Kim has been guided us through it all. And anyone with kids can understand when I mean…”it all”! She has always updated us with any changes personally with a phone call. She stays on top of things we need to do and calls if something has been missed. I know I can always call her directly with any questions or I can even pop in and talk to her directly. She’s very knowledgeable about what we need and has always guided us in making the best decisions for our family.

  It was a very pleasant experience working with Kim and Matt. They were very attentive to the details of the processes and guided me every step of the way until I achieved my goal. They are the best team at State Farm.
