Called almost 2 years ago to switch from another allstate office to this one, was told it took a month to switch......I guess a bit longer? Either way, decided to stay at current allstate office, they are tolerable at best.

UPDATE: After going through a lengthy process with Allstate and getting no resolution, I filed a formal complaint with the State and lo and behold, Allstate FINALLY admitted their mistake- what I had been saying over and over again all along. They refunded my money AND apologized for the error that this agent made. The amount of time I spent on this RIDICULOUS issue has made me tell anyone and everyone I can about this horrible company. You are NOT in good hands with this company.
** Unfortunately I could not choose 0 stars. After being an Allstate customer for most of my life, I am going to another company because of this agent. After my unlicensed 16 year appeared on my policy as a driver without my knowledge or request, Keven Davis changed his story multiple times on how it happened. He even went so far to tell me in one conversation that "Allstate automatically puts all 16 years old on the policy whether they are licensed or not". That is a lie. He never took responsibility for this expensive error and I have been trying to get resolution for over a month. An Allstate representative from the "specialized team" recently informed me that this yes, this agent made a mistake in putting my unlicensed son on my policy but they would not be able to correct it or refund me because I cancelled my policy recently and never signed a form that I never received or knew about beforehand. It doesn't matter to anyone at this company that I NEVER asked for my son to be added to my policy or agreed to him being added. Again, he does not have his license yet! But they took my money and will not refund me. I have filed an official complaint with the state against this company and against this agent. I would not trust this agent.

Disappointment. We were NOT aware of a problem with our homeowners insurance policy until we received a letter of pending cancellation. Since the risk inspection was conducted a couple of days after closing and the cancellation notice wasn’t received until about 30 days later, WHY didn’t our agent contact us regarding these serious concerns before issuing a cancellation letter?
