  They never answer there phones I get tired of this trying to pay over the phone I call and no one answer this is wrong people can't get out to make a payment why do they not answer there phone they say hold your place in line by leaving a phone number they never called back this is bull crap

  I am very happy and pleased with how I was treated by Mr. Mccoy. He was able to get me covered, making the process very simple. Unfortunately, I had to call him for at least a week with a different issue and Everytime he would either answer the phone or call me back with positivity and great energy willing to help me with my issue. I really appreciate your patience and help Mr. Mccoy
