  Shantel was very helpful and pleasant to work with throughout the process. I was initially cautious due to some one-star reviews regarding claims handling, but our experience setting up the policy was positive. Hopefully we never need to file a claim, but if we do, I hope the experience reflects the same professionalism and attitude Shantel demonstrated. The rates were competitive, and the coverage appears comparable to other providers.

  I’ve had a horrible experience with direct auto insurance.. my sister had requested them as being “cheap” but they treat their customers horribly. I had started not even a full month with this company because they had canceled my policy due to not giving out someone else personal business as in an address or their insurance when it had nothing to do with someone else only me since I was the only one on the policy .. why would you need someone else’s personal business when they don’t have business with you all? I didn’t even get my full refund back from paying them 4 days ahead of my bill date just to be canceled a day after .. then only getting half of my payment back and I didn’t even use this company for a full month. I’m still waiting on my check to get in the mail because they decide to send out the check 9 days after I call for a refund after telling me they will send it out one day after doing the refund but that was another lie. Never again will I deal with this company and how they take advantage of young people and scamming.
