I got in my accident almost 9 months ago and still don't have my deductible back event though police found the other driver was 100% at fault and I was 0% at fault. Any insurance company will gladly take your money every month like Allstate will. But when you are in a bind and you need your money from your deductible well Allstate is not a good company to count on.
