  The premium from this agency continues to increase, even though quotes from other Allstate agencies came in almost $200 dollars cheaper a MONTH for the exact same coverage. An Allstate representative told me over the phone my policy should by no means be what this agency charged. My family had used this agency for almost thirty years, but all questions about the high rate were ignored. Seems to be predatory practices 0 stars was not an available option.

  The rate goes up without any major changes or accidents with this company. I was living in LA to where I pay less for insurance than in Northeast TN by a major difference "80 to 170" a month. The people at the office will seem friendly until you want to file a complaint or resolve an issue about a claim. They sign you up with policies you did not approve to have that jack your rate up. They are slow to get back to you on questions or issues you are having. They will not transfer your policy to another All-State agent because of how greedy they are. I had moved back to California for business my insurance rate out here with All State is 66 dollars a month and yes that is full coverage.
